How do I skip or cancel?

Short version: you do it in your account, in a few taps. No phone call, no form to mail, and no fee for stopping.

Here is how each option works, and when you might use which.

Finding the settings

Sign in to your Bedivo account. The first thing you see is your next box: what is in it, the price, and the date it ships. Right under it are three buttons: Skip this month, Swap a blend, and Pause. Cancel sits in the same place, with your subscription details.

Skip a month

Skipping moves your next box out by one delivery and leaves everything else alone. It is handy when you still have plenty left, or you are away. Afterward your subscription carries on at its usual rhythm, every 30 or 60 days.

Swap a blend

Swapping changes what is in your next box. If Nightly Calm is not quite right, you can switch to Deep Rest or Quiet Mind, or move from a melatonin-free blend to a low-dose melatonin option. The new price shows before you confirm.

Pause

Pausing stops deliveries until you start them again. Nothing ships and nothing is charged while you are paused. It suits a stretch when you want a break but expect to come back. When you are ready, start it again from the same screen.

Cancel

Canceling ends your subscription. Do it before your next ship date and that box will not ship or be charged. There is no cancellation fee, and you do not need to call anyone. If you change your mind later, you can start a new order from the shop.

Changing how often it ships

Subscriptions ship every 30 or 60 days. Subscriptions ship free. If a 30-day box keeps piling up, moving to 60 days may suit you better than skipping every other month. You change it in the same place.

Timing it

Every change applies to the next box that has not shipped yet. If a box is already on its way, it arrives as planned, and your change starts with the one after it. Your account shows the next ship date at the top, so check it before you choose between a skip and a cancel. If you opted in to text alerts, a refill reminder arrives before each scheduled order, which is a good moment to make a change.

What you will hear from us

If you opt in to text alerts, Bedivo only texts about orders and subscriptions you already have: order confirmations; shipping and delivery updates; refill reminders before a scheduled order; billing, renewal, and failed-payment notices; sign-in verification codes; and answers to help requests you sent us. Text STOP whenever you want them to end. Saying yes to texts is optional, and you can order without it.

Things that never renew
