By accessing or using the website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website or services.

2. Nature of Services
Bedivo sells sleep supplements for adults, melatonin-free blends and separate low-dose melatonin options, shipped one time or by monthly subscription that can be skipped, swapped, paused, or canceled from the account.
The catalog has five lines: melatonin-free blends, low-dose melatonin at 0.5 mg or 1 mg, magnesium, sleep gummies, and two sets. Each product is a 30-day supply unless its page says otherwise.
You can buy a product one time or subscribe. A subscription ships every 30 or 60 days, whichever you choose. The Routine Duo ships every 30 days only. You can also change quantities or move a date from your account.
Bedivo products are sold only to adults 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period you paid for.

A subscription renews automatically every 30 or 60 days, whichever you chose, at the subscription price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. The Routine Duo ships every 30 days only.
You can skip a delivery, swap a product, pause, or cancel in your account at any time before the next ship date. There are no fees to skip, pause, or cancel. A change made after an order has shipped applies to the next delivery.
Shipping is free on every subscription delivery. A one-time order ships free when it is over $50 and otherwise costs $5.95. The Starter Sampler ships free.

The Bedivo name and logo are trademarks of Bedivo. Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of Bedivo.
7. SMS Messaging: Account Notifications Only
Bedivo operates an SMS messaging program strictly for account notifications related to your Bedivo account. Bedivo does not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages via SMS. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Program Description: By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated account notification text messages from Bedivo at the mobile number you provide, such as order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, refill reminders before a scheduled order, billing, renewal, and failed-payment notices, sign-in verification codes, and answers to help requests you sent us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account or making a purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.

Opting Out and Help: You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by texting the keyword STOP to [INSERT SHORT CODE]. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Supported Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Bedivo website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Bedivo does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the website.
