Why it exists
The bottle a lot of people put back
Most drugstore melatonin comes in 5 or 10 mg tablets. Plenty of people take one, sleep, and then spend the next morning feeling slow. Others just don't want a hormone every night. Either way, the next step usually isn't obvious.
The other problem is the label. Many sleep products list a blend with a single total weight, so you can't tell how much of anything you are taking. That makes it hard to compare, and harder to talk it over with your doctor.
Bedivo started from those two complaints. The blends, the magnesium, and two of the gummies have no melatonin at all. Only Light Dose 0.5 mg, Reset 1 mg, and Low-Dose Melatonin Gummies contain any, at 0.5 mg or 1 mg, a small fraction of the usual drugstore dose.
Each product page lists every ingredient and its amount per serving. No proprietary blends, no rounding things into a total. Our amounts are marked as proposed until the manufacturer confirms the final panel, and we will update them when it does.
